In the office: you’re busy reading emails that have come in over the weekend. You need to respond to one quickly, so whilst at your PC, you search in your directory and dial the customer without taking your finger off your mouse.
In the workshop: you’re away from your office checking that an important order went out on time. A customer is asking to speak with you directly, you take the call using your OptiPoint Wireless phone as you walk back to your office.
In Customer Services: you’re talking to the team leader as the peak of Monday morning calls are distributed evenly around the available staff in the office. Customers receive a greeting message and are informed of new offers whilst they wait to be answered.
