Third Edition
Welcome to the 3rd edition of Open Minds Business Briefing where we aim to give you useful analysis, insights and comments from experts on some of the latest developments in the communications industry.

Managing IT projects is a complex art and can get a little bumpy when fallible human beings are involved. Michael Dempsey, who works for BBC News, looks at the best ways to get project management right.
The virtual enterprise enables people to work together by removing the limitations of location, geography and physical space. Rod Newing, who writes for The Financial Times, looks at the future of virtual enterprises; their benefits; the cultural obstacles and the sectors in which virtualisation is starting to take hold.
In the new Open Minds interviews we talk with Gary Steer, Technology Director of Hermes Datacommunications International Ltd and Todd Sharp, Director of Engage; about their favourite gadgets, the key business technology issues of the future and the pressing challenges facing their organisations.
